BOARD MEETING RECORDINGS
The FCA board welcomes the public to observe the open session of our meetings live. However, the agency’s longstanding policy and practice do not allow third parties to record FCA board meetings.
Starting November 2021, we will record video of the open portion of board meetings and post the recordings for public viewing for a limited period. The board chairman may, with the unanimous consent of all board members, waive on a case-by-case basis any requirement for such a recording.
The videos will be available on the agency’s YouTube channel as soon as possible after the meetings conclude. Links to the videos will also be available under the current year’s board meeting schedule on the Events page of the FCA website.
Such recordings are not the minutes, or a part of the minutes, of board meetings. The FCA board’s written minutes are the only official records of FCA board meetings. We provide the FCA board meeting minutes, including PowerPoint presentations, as soon as they are approved by vote of the FCA board.
