Kevin Kramp

Director of Office of Regulatory Policy

Kevin Kramp is director of the Office of Regulatory Policy. He was named to this position in January 2021. Mr. Kramp joined FCA in 2015 as executive assistant to Board Member Jeff Hall. He served in that capacity until he was appointed acting deputy general counsel and later deputy general counsel. Before FCA, Mr. Kramp worked for many years on Capitol Hill. From 1991 to 1995, he worked for Congressman Jim Nussle and Congressman Bob Goodlatte. In 1996, Mr. Kramp joined the staff of the House Committee on Agriculture. He was named chief counsel of that committee in 2003, a year after earning his law degree from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America. He holds a bachelor's degree from Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, Iowa.
